Facial Aesthetic Masterclass

The first UKAAPS-CAPSCO masterclass day on facial aesthetic surgery, held at the MACS clinic in Watford in September 2023, featured three live surgical demonstrations: a face and neck lift by Mr Muhammad Riaz, Cheek Dimple Creation by Mr Shailesh Vadodaria, and Otoplasty by Mr Tariq Ahmad.

The surgical procedures were performed in-house and broadcast live to an audience of experienced and trainee surgeons upstairs in the clinic, the event was chaired by Mr Mark Henley and Mr Alastair Platt.Throughout the day, the audience was encouraged to ask questions and engage in discussions with the surgeons, who were available to provide clarification and share their expertise. This interactive approach not only enriched the learning experience for the trainee surgeons but also provided valuable insights and perspectives for the experienced surgeons in attendance. The masterclass day was a testament to the commitment of UKAAPS-CAPSCO to advancing the field of facial aesthetic surgery and promoting collaboration and education among surgeons.
